To provide a secure and reliable platform for Creators and Brands, we collect the following types of information when you register and use our dashboard:

• Personal Information: Name, Email Address (via Google Authentication), Profile Picture.
• Contact Information: Mobile Number and WhatsApp Number (collected during the mandatory onboarding process for account verification and critical updates).
• Professional Details: Social media links (Instagram, YouTube), extra portfolio links, Company/Brand Name, and Website URLs.
• Payment Information: UPI IDs provided by creators exclusively for processing withdrawal payouts.
• Platform Usage Data: Tracking link clicks, campaign applications, and proof of views submitted via cloud links.

2 How We Use Your Information

• Account Verification: To manually review and approve Creator and Brand accounts to maintain a spam-free network.
• Processing Payouts: To transfer your approved earnings directly to your bank account via the provided UPI ID.
• Communication: To send you important updates regarding your account status, campaign changes, wallet balances, or administrative notices via Email or WhatsApp.
• Fraud Prevention: To track clicks and correlate them with your submitted proofs (AutoDM insights) to prevent bot traffic and fraudulent activities.

3 Data Sharing & Third Parties

• Service Providers: We use secure, industry-standard third-party services like Google Firebase for database storage, authentication, and hosting. Your data is encrypted and stored securely according to Google's privacy standards.
• Between Users: Limited campaign performance data (such as total clicks or verified views generated) may be visible to the specific Brand whose campaign you are promoting, for transparency purposes.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by Indian law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of ViuPe Network and its users.

4 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

• ViuPe uses standard "cookies" and browser local storage to maintain your active login session and remember your role (Creator or Brand) so you don't have to log in repeatedly.
• We also utilize tracking parameters in our campaign links (e.g., ?u=UID&c=CAMPID) to accurately count clicks and attribute them to the correct creator for fair payouts.

5 Data Retention & Security

• We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information and transaction data.
• Your data is retained only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you our services and fulfill our legal obligations (such as tax and accounting records).

6 Your Rights

• Access and Edit: You have the right to access and update your contact details and social links directly from the "My Profile" section in your Dashboard.
• Account Deletion: If you wish to permanently delete your ViuPe account and associated data, you can send a formal request to our support team.
• Note: Modifying your profile details will temporarily put your account back into "Pending Verification" status for administrative review.
