1 Eligibility & Account Approval

• Minimum Criteria: Creators must have a minimum of 1,000 genuine followers/subscribers to promote on the platform.
• Manual Verification: Every creator and brand profile will be manually reviewed by our admins. You will only get access to the dashboard's premium features and affiliate links after approval.
• One Account Policy: A user (Creator or Brand) can only create one account. If multiple or fake accounts are created, all associated accounts will be banned without prior notice.

2 Mandatory AutoDM Usage (Strict Policy)

• AutoDM is Compulsory: To earn for views on the ViuPe platform, creators must mandatorily use AutoDM tools (such as SuperProfile, ManyChat, etc.). No payouts will be processed without an active AutoDM setup.
• Link Placement: Creators must send their unique ViuPe tracking link to users exclusively through AutoDM messages (direct bio or story links will not be counted as valid).

3 Proof Submission & Video Link Policy

We believe in transparency. When claiming a payout, creators must submit a clear screen recording video as proof.

• Dual Proof Requirement: The video recording must clearly show two (2) things:
  1. Platform Insights: Instagram/YouTube Studio data showing Total Organic Views and Reach.
  2. AutoDM Analytics: SuperProfile/ManyChat dashboard showing the number of DMs sent and Link Clicks received for that specific reel.
• NO Direct Video Uploads: To maintain server speed and efficiency, there is no direct video upload option on the ViuPe dashboard.
• Cloud Links Only: Creators must upload their screen recording video to Google Drive or YouTube (Unlisted mode) and paste only the "Public/Viewable Link" of that video in the proof submission form.

4 Payout Structure & Withdrawals

• Flat Rate Earnings: Creators will receive a fixed payout of ₹10 for every 1,000 verified organic views (unless an extra reward is specifically mentioned in the campaign).
• Minimum Threshold: A withdrawal request can only be initiated when you have a minimum "Approved Balance" of ₹500 in your ViuPe account.
• Payment Timeline: Upon receiving a withdrawal request, payouts will be processed strictly via UPI or Bank Transfer within 48-72 hours (working days).

5 Anti-Fraud & Traffic Verification

• Organic Traffic Only: Views must come strictly from organic sources (such as Reels feed, Shorts feed, or Explore page). Traffic from any external panel or third-party app will be considered invalid.
• AutoDM Correlation Math: Our system and admin team will verify if the ratio of total views, DMs sent, and clicks is logical. (For example: If a video has 1 Lakh views, the AutoDM comments and clicks should proportionately match. Fake views do not generate organic AutoDM interactions).

6 Account Suspension & Ban Policy

• Forfeiture of Funds: If an account is banned for fraudulent activity, the entire balance in that account (both pending and approved) will be immediately forfeited and refunded back to the respective brands.
• ViuPe's Right: ViuPe reserves the right to terminate any account without prior notice if found violating these terms.

7 Brand Campaigns & Advance Campaign Budget Rules

• Sufficient Budget: Brands must maintain sufficient funds in their Advance Campaign Budget to keep their campaigns active and running.
• Auto-Pause: If a brand's Advance Campaign Budget is exhausted, the campaign will be automatically paused. ViuPe does not guarantee payouts for views generated during this paused period.

8 Legal, Tax & TDS (Indian Context)

• Tax Compliance: Since payouts are processed to Indian bank accounts/UPI, Income Tax rules apply to all earnings.
• TDS Deduction: All payouts are subject to applicable TDS deductions as per Indian Government regulations (e.g., Section 194O or 194J). Creators must provide accurate PAN card details when they cross a specific earning threshold set by the government.
• Limitation of Liability: ViuPe Network is an intermediary platform connecting creators and brands. We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruptions caused by the use of our services.
